PARENTAL WAIVER: I assume all risk for any injury or loss which might result from my child's participation in this tennis program and waive my right to seek compensation for same from Kidsports, the City of Daytona Beach, any administrative personnel and employees of the City of Daytona Beach, The USTA/FLORIDA SECTION, Inc, and/or Kidsports. I also grant Kidsports the right to photograph and/or videotape my child/ward for the use of publicity, advertising and promotion materials without reservation or limitation.

Cancellation: Parents can call Kidsports to determine if classes are cancelled due to rain or other causes. Call (386) 405-5963 to confirm.

Behavior: Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. Students will be taught good tennis court etiquette. Repeated disruptions will prompt a call to parents, and if continued will result in expulsion from the class with no refund.

Supervision: Your child will only be supervised during his clinic and/or class period. Please make arrangement to bring and pick up your child. If you have any special circumstances or concerns, talk to your child's Coach or Instructor.
